The only problem is that it loses its charge when not connected to the Car Charger or the PC connection stand. It works fine if connected to the Car Charger in the car (which is where you need it), but if you disconnect it and try to go walking, it will last about 20 minutes and then switch off. It is important for me that I am able to walk with it, so I have decided to buy another Tom Tom device and sell this one.I can safely say that this device has saved me hours of driving problems and I woudl recommend it to anyone. It is simple to use and is very configurable, so it will suit everyones needs. The screen is clear and the audio is easy to hear.This is a genuine bargain and a great way for someone who has not tried using a Sat Nav before to get into it.It is also Bluetooth enabled so it can link with your phone.It can also play audio books, music and show documents and photos.Happy bidding!

In the description above I mention that the (TomTom Home) software is included. In fact you have to download this (its free so don't worry!) from the TomTom website. Sorry for my mistake.
